On 28 March 2025 the Department of Computer Science and Engineering began the defense of master’s theses of students from China in the specialty 122 “Computer Science” of full-time study.
The defenses took place online using distance technologies with the Microsoft Teams service. The meetings were held publicly with the participation of students, the examination committee and teachers of the department.
The presented works considered the issues of researching information technologies using modern methods of building information systems, artificial intelligence models, methods of analyzing and modeling business processes of a certain subject area, as well as the development of web applications, mobile applications.
Some works used the developments that our graduates had already obtained while participating in the annual forum “IT-Idea”.
In general, foreign students proved themselves to be qualified specialists, sufficiently prepared for independent engineering activities, as evidenced by the defenses not only in their native language, but also in English.
